Our Pre-Insulated Copper Pipe (Line Set) is a complete refrigerant piping solution designed for connecting indoor and outdoor units of split air conditioners, heat pumps, and central HVAC systems. The seamless copper tube is pre-wrapped with a closed-cell insulation layer, eliminating the need for on-site lagging and significantly reducing installation time.
Manufactured from high-purity TP2/C12200 copper (≥99.9%) and sheathed with high-grade PE (Polyethylene) or Polypropylene insulation, this pipe ensures efficient cold/heat transfer, prevents energy loss, and minimizes condensation.
