Our Aluminum Foil Tape is a high-performance pressure-sensitive tape designed for sealing and joining HVAC ductwork, fiberglass ductboard, and flexible air ducts. It is also widely used for insulation vapor sealing, pipe joint sealing, and repairs on refrigeration systems. The dead-soft aluminum foil backing conforms well to curved and irregular surfaces, providing an excellent vapor seal and moisture barrier.
The tape is coated with a durable acrylic adhesive that performs reliably across a wide temperature range, from -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C), making it suitable for both cold-weather and high-heat applications. It is hand-tearable, eliminating the need for special tools during installation.
