Safety valve prevents refrigerant splash and backflow during AC charging. Compatible with R410A/R32 (HS-1221), R22/R404A/R407C (HS-1222). 1/4″ SAE and 5/16″ SAE connections. Aluminum knob, PTFE seal, durable C3771BD brass body.
Our Refrigerant Charging Control Valve (Safety Valve) is a critical service tool that protects technicians from high-pressure refrigerant splash during AC charging and maintenance. Installed between the outdoor unit’s service port and the charging hose, it provides safe, precise, and controlled refrigerant flow.
The valve’s retention control design prevents backflow, allowing unused refrigerant to remain in the can for future use without waste. Constructed from high-quality C3771BD brass with an aluminum knob and PTFE-modified Teflon seal, it ensures durability and leak-free performance in the field.

Anti-Splash Safety Design – Protects technicians from high-pressure refrigerant spray during charging and service
Retention Control (Non-Return) – Prevents backflow, allowing unused refrigerant to be saved without waste
Precise Flow Control – Aluminum knob provides comfortable, durable grip for accurate refrigerant filling
Leak-Proof Sealing – PTFE-modified Teflon seal ensures reliable, leak-free operation
Durable Brass Construction – C3771BD brass body resists corrosion and withstands frequent field use
