Dual Core Options for Different Systems – DML series with 100% 3Å molecular sieve core is optimized for HFC refrigerants with POE/PAG oils, offering high water adsorption without depleting oil additives. DCL series with 80% molecular sieve + 20% activated alumina is ideal for CFC/HCFC systems requiring high acid adsorption capacity.
Solid Core Construction – Molded block desiccant held together by a minimum of binding material, eliminating powder formation and resisting pressure surges and vibration. Core grains are bonded and cannot move against each other, ensuring stable performance over the product lifespan.
Low Pressure Drop – Relatively large diameter of the filter drier means liquid flow velocity is suitably low, minimizing pressure drop across the filter. Uniform grain size in the solid core provides effective dirt removal with minimal flow resistance.
Multi-Series Coverage – DML/DCL, BD and CT series cover SAE flare and ODF connections from 1/4″ to 1-1/8″, providing a one-stop solution for various system capacities and installation requirements.
High Working Pressure – Rated for working pressure up to 45 bar, suitable for high-pressure systems using R410A and other HFC refrigerants. UL approved for MWP up to 42 bar.
Corrosion-Resistant Finish – Powder-painted steel shell provides corrosion resistance suitable for all environments, including marine and coastal applications.
