Self-Healing Metallized Film – Metallized polypropylene film dielectric provides self-healing properties. When a breakdown occurs, the metallized film vaporizes around the fault, isolating it and allowing continued operation, extending capacitor service life and improving system reliability.
Built-in Explosion-Proof Device – Round aluminum case with internal overpressure disconnection safety device. When internal pressure rises due to dielectric breakdown, the cover deforms and disconnects the copper foil from the power supply, preventing explosion and ensuring safety.
Low Dissipation Factor – Dissipation factor ≤2×10⁻⁴ at 100Hz. Low internal power losses reduce heat generation and improve energy efficiency of AC motors.
Wide Capacitance & Voltage Range – Available from 2μF to 100μF and 250VAC to 600VAC, covering a full range of single-phase AC motor run applications for compressors, fans, pumps, and refrigeration equipment.
